Senior Mechanical Engineer (Building Sector - Milos Island)

TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA GROUP S.A. is seeking for a:Senior Mechanical Engineer (Building Sector - Milos Island)Main responsibilities:Supervises and coordinates procedures for the Building Project under construction, related to Mechanical sectorPrepares and reviews technical drawings, specifications and calculations for Mechanical equipment Collects specifications for mechanical materials and equipment in collaboration with Procurement Department Supervises the preparation and monitoring of Contracts, drafting of Bill of Quantities and Cost EstimateOversees contractual obligations of third parties (providers, subcontractors etc.) Provides technical guidance and support to project teams and subcontractors throughout the project lifecyclePrepares reports on weekly / monthly basis and informs Project Manager about work progressRequirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering AEI/TEI10 years of relevant experience in construction of hotel complex Very good knowledge of MS Project scheduling and AutoCAD designExcellent command of spoken and written English Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesThe Company Offers:Opportunities for further development within GroupHealth & life Insurance plan
