He / She will be in close cooperation with the Procurement Manager.Key Responsibilities Undertake the procurement and the pricing of the assigned packages to support Projects execution and Tenders preparation process.For assigned packages, source and propose the Bidders from registered Client and Company approved vendor lists and based on approved Procurement strategyInvestigate market for new vendors when new project countries or new scope is involvedCoordinate with all relevant in-house departments to ensure all requirements are included in the bidding documents and prepare/issue the Invitation to Bid (ITB) to the selected suppliers.Expedite firmly with and manage properly the market to achieve a minimum number of competitive offers acquisition.Maintain the Procurement Plan up to dateExperience in working in international environment will be considered an assetClosely interface with the technical responsible and lead all technical / commercial / contractual clarifications with the suppliers.Liaise with Projects teams to define optimum vendors list and actual market prices.Perform commercial analysis and prices benchmarking versus Company’s historic database, schedule evaluation of bids and incorporate technical evaluation from Engineering.Finalize the Comparison Statement (CS) of the quotations and make recommendations for the technically acceptable offers.What you will need to have:MSc Engineering University degree in one of the relevant fields (Electrical)Motivation to learn and grow in Archirodon in the Procurement DeptPersistence and self-organizational integrity in fulfilling the work in its deep detail3 - 5 years working experience and one experience as Procurement Engineer/Site Engineer/Tender Engineer.Adequate knowledge of commercial aspects.Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision and very short deadlinesCommitment to deadlines and task requirementsFluency in the English language (oral and written).Experience in working in international environment will be considered an assetWhat’s in it for you:Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams within an international leading EPC group that supports impactful for the local communities’ mega infrastructure development projects - literally around the globe - and encompasses a productive and human-centric culture caring for its people and their development!Please note that you will be contacted only if you are shortlisted for an interview.
