Overview: You are responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s logistics and distribution operations across Europe. This role oversees multiple local warehouse facilities and drives the strategic expansion and management of a robust logistics partner network. The objective is to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable movement and storage of goods that meet customer expectations and support business growth. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage logistics operations teams across multiple European warehouse locations;2. Ensure warehousing, transportation processes are executed efficiently and accurately;3. Oversee 3PL providers and internal warehouse teams to meet service-level agreements (SLAs), cost targets, and performance metrics;4.
Implement and maintain logistics SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance across all sites;5. Identify and onboard new logistics partners (3PLs, couriers, transport providers) to support current and future business needs;6. Lead logistics network design and optimization initiatives, including warehouse footprint review, routing efficiency, and delivery network scalability;7. Evaluate new warehouse locations or partners based on market demands, customer proximity, and cost analysis. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field;2. 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in logistics, including multi-site warehouse management and 3PL relationship management;3. Strong knowledge of European logistics and transport regulations;4.
Proven experience in logistics network design and partner onboarding;5. Proficiency in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems;6. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills;7. Fluent in English, proficiency in other European language(s) and Mandarin Chinese is a plus;8. Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
