Senior Accountant

Fin-Ex Outsourcing, a UK-based accountancy firm providing high-quality Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Tax services, is looking for passionate Senior Accountants to join our team!Key Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end accounting for multiple UK client portfolios, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.Preparing and reviewing accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to UK GAAP or IFRS.Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving control account discrepancies in a timely manner.Managing key month-end activities such as accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset register maintenance.Preparing, reviewing, and submitting VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations.Managing VAT reconciliations and resolving discrepancies between accounting records and submitted returns.Ensuring bookkeeping accuracy to support reliable financial and tax reporting.Reviewing work completed by junior team members, offering guidance, coaching, and quality oversight.Acting as the primary client contact, maintaining professional relationships and delivering proactive advice.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to workflow efficiencies within the outsourcing team.Preparation and submission of Self Assessment tax returns for directors, sole traders, and partnerships.Monitoring key HMRC deadlines and ensuring clients remain compliant with all filing and payment obligationsRequirements:✔️ ACCA Members/Affiliates✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, etc.✔️ Strong English communication skills✔️ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UK accounting✔️ Comprehensive knowledge of UK Tax rules and regulations.How to Apply:Interested candidates, please send your updated resume to HR@finexoutsourcing.com
