We are well-positioned and well-capitalized to bring the power of programmatic advertising to unique DOOH inventory at scale.About The Role:This is a fully remote, multidisciplinary role combining elements of data analysis, business partnerships, accounting, and financial operations. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting, you will be an integral member of the Finance team and take the lead in . Come join our vibrant startup where you can make a real impactKey Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting (40-60%):Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAPManage all schedulesAssist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations, and identify anomaliesGeneral Ledger Management (25%):Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepanciesCollaborate on the management of the Chart of Accounts to support organizational needsBudgeting & Forecasting (10-20%):Support CFO in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecastsProvide variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvementAudits and Ad Hoc Projects (10-20%):Collaborate with external auditors and advisors as needed to complete annual audit and tax filingsIdentify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyEvaluate and implement best-in-class software and automation toolsAbout You:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeepingProficiency in accounting (e.g. QuickBooks) and related software (AP automation, spend management, HRIS) as well as Excel/Google SheetsDemonstrable understanding of GAAP and accounting principlesExtremely detail-oriented with a bias towards identifying and eliminating errorsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to independently develop workflows that enhance process efficienciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for a remote-first work environmentCapacity to prioritize and balance multiple tasks effectivelyBig 4 audit experience or CPA a big plusBenefits:Fully remote positionCompetitive compensation in the market you are based inMedical, dental, vision, FSA/HSAFlexible PTO401(k) matchingParticipate in our annual corporate retreatSalary:Salary range is $85,000-$110,000 Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in the role is dependent upon many factors, such as location, transferable, or job related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
