Senior AI Solution Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior AI Solution Engineer to join our client’s technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that address real-world business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning (ML) and Large Language Model (LLM) systems into production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Location: Janani marga, LalitpurResponsibilities of the Candidate:Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of advanced AI solutions.Develop and optimize LLM and NLP-based systems for production environments.Work extensively with agentic frameworks like crewAI, langgraph, or similar orchestration tools.Build and manage backend systems, including API development and database integration (graph, vector, SQL).Oversee deployment, scaling, and monitoring of AI systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.Explore new AI technologies and tools to continuously improve system efficiency and capability.Requirements:4+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI-based systems.Proven expertise in NLP, LLMs, and machine learning workflows.Experience with agentic frameworks (crewAI, langgraph, etc.).Strong background in Python, AI frameworks, and API design.Hands-on experience in cloud deployment and management (AWS, GCP, Azure).Proficiency in database technologies (vector, graph, SQL).Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Fluent in English and Nepali.Self-driven and passionate about innovation in the AI space.To apply: Please send your updated cv to hr@talentsathi.com, we will fast track the application process
