Mô tả công việcBROAD FUNCTION OF JOBThe job holder is responsible for IT supports and helpdesks to ensure the smooth operation of the Company’s IT system.Duties And Responsibilities Deliver support and helpdesk service for office staff: mail, network, printer, office software, antivirus, Wi-Fi, etc. Deliver support and helpdesk service for store staff: POS software, printer, scanner, network, etc. Manage and operate POS system: monitor and manage service, interface, create and manage user. Fix issue and report issue to suppliers Manage and control IT physical asset: PC, Laptop, POS, printers Other tasks as and when assigned by the CompanyYêu cầu công việc College/University Degree with IT major. At least 2 year experience in IT Helpdesk and Network Experience in working in MNC and Retail Industry is favorable English: at least level B Be able to communicate in Japanese is favorable Good knowledge in Microsoft OS, TCP/IP Good knowledge in POS terminal and equipment Work hard, be able to work under pressure Be able to work in shift, weekend or holiday if required Trustworthy, sincerityTại sao bạn yêu thích làm việc tại đây The company fully participates in Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance based on the employee’s salary.
