Role SummaryThe Senior Associate - HR Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, expense reimbursements, payroll documentation, employee onboarding, and overall HR administration. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will serve as the backbone of HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Documentation Support· Collect and verify attendance, leave records, and other payroll-related documentation.· Compile and share payroll input data with the HR Manager for processing.· Maintain accurate employee records to support payroll compliance.Expense & Benefits Administration· Track, verify, and process employee expense reimbursements.· Support the administration of employee benefits (medical, insurance, allowances).· Maintain accurate benefits and reimbursement records for audits and reporting.Onboarding & Offboarding· Handle new joiner documentation including contracts, employment forms, and personal files.· Facilitate induction and orientation processes for new hires.· Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement documentation.General HR Operations· Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.· Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.· Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.Qualifications & SkillsEducation:· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:· 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.· Experience in a professional services or multinational environment preferred.Skills:· Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.· Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.· High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
