In a nutshell, MUFG Investor Services is part of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group family, and we partner with over 480 loyal global investment firms to provide them with administration, assert services, banking, and fund financing.We’re in 14 global locations and provide an exceptional hub of Brilliantly Different talent to thrive.Job DescriptionOperate & oversee reconciliation technology to deliver a full reconciled gross NAV to the client service team including cash, position, dividend & interest reconciliations.Work closely with our middle office team to ensure trade processing is complete, corporate actions have been booked correctly & security pricing is accurate.Additional responsibilities can include operation & oversight of reconciliation technology to deliver Investment Manager positions & profit & loss reconciliationsEnsure client SLA’s are strictly adhered toWork hand in hand with our client service team to provide superior customer service to hedge fund managers and investorsOwnership, management and resolution of all client & internal client queriesDevelop and maintain relationships with client service teams & hedge fund clientsInitiate frequent, proactive communication with internal clients, as directed, to verify perceived levels of satisfaction and demonstrate proactive serviceEnsure all professional relationships internal and external are maintained at the highest levelBusiness Continuous Improvement is a core part of the job. We are constantly striving to analyze our processes through the use of Kaizen.
