What we're looking forWe are looking for an enthusiastic and strong leader to join our team as a Local Operations Manager in Limassol. A successful candidate in this role has both strong communication and handy-person skills as they will be called upon to do anything from changing a light bulb to helping a guest figure out how to light a gas fireplace over the phone, to walking an owner through their monthly statement.What you'll doOversee operations in Limassol, managing a specific portfolio of properties.Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert of those properties ensuring they are clean, maintained and well cared forMeet and maintain our standards and metrics such as NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiencyManage a budget for your portfolio adhering to set annual costs, with the ability to perform a cost-benefit analysisManage an efficient and high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to all Vacasa policies and proceduresSupport your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls, and ticketsPartner and assist your Business Development Representative when new units join the portfolioAbility to perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, unclog a toilet, etc)Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management teamProvide cross-coverage for your manager and Co-LOM(s) when necessaryConduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivalsOccasional need to perform housekeeping and maintenance dutiesTraveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.The skills you'll needTechnical computer skills are required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devicesAvailability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings when needed.Professional in all forms of communication such as email, phone calls, video calls, and textsAbility to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environmentExcellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptionsHighly responsive and reliableStrong attention to detailPrior housekeeping experience a plusAdhere to all company policies and proceduresAbility to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of timeReach overhead and below the waistBend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twistWhat you'll getFlexible vacation timePaid sick days and holidaysPaid parental leave after one year of tenureEmployee Assistance ProgramCareer advancement opportunitiesEmployee discountsAll the equipment you'll need to be successfulGreat colleagues and culture
