Senior BMS Project Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Senior BMS Project Engineer to join our Service Team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of BMS service and retrofit projects from planning to execution while leading a team of engineers and ensuring client satisfaction. Experience in Niagara Framework, AMC management, and retrofit works is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage BMS service, AMC, and retrofit projects from initiation to commissioning. • Oversee multiple projects and teams of engineers simultaneously. • Plan, allocate, and manage resources, ensuring timely and quality project delivery. • Perform Niagara-based system programming, integration, and troubleshooting. • Conduct client meetings, provide technical presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Handle AMC renewals, upgrades, and system optimization for existing clients. • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution. • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings. • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards at all stages. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in BMS projects, service, and retrofit works. • Niagara Framework experience is mandatory (Niagara N4 certification preferred). • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and a team of engineers. • Strong background in AMC operations, retrofit project handling, and client management. • Deep understanding of BMS integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.) and HVAC controls. • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
