It maintains a significant market presence through continuous innovation and consumer-centric brand activation strategies.Job OverviewThis role is a senior activation leader responsible for translating brand strategy into impactful IMC campaigns, leading a team to drive brand growth through digital/social excellence, KOL collaboration, and cross-functional execution across key markets.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of 2–3 marketeers, supporting the Marketing Director in shaping overarching brand strategy.Translate brand strategy into end-to-end IMC campaigns, including KOL selection, content quality control, and multi-platform rollout.Serve as the activation lead to engage marketing teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for campaign plans.Guide team activities with a focus on capability building and strategic coherence across projects.Develop activation briefs aligned with the brand calendar, steering agency partners in proposal finalization and execution.Drive scalable growth through data-driven social/digital campaigns, leveraging KOL partnerships and platform innovations.Establish campaign evaluation frameworks with stakeholders to optimize ROI and brand equity.Manage budgets with discipline, ensuring compliance and financial stewardship.Requirements6+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/beverages, with a strong background in digital/social and activation.Proven experience in leading IMC campaigns from strategy to execution, with expertise in social seeding, KOL and content management.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and coaching a team.Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize ROI.Solid budget management and compliance awareness.Fluency in both English and Chinese.
