Senior Marketing Manager (Assigned to South Asia & Russia, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Southeast Asia)

Job Responsibilities:Product Marketing Concepts: Conduct in-depth analysis of target audiences, competitor activities, and marketing trends to accurately identify target consumer segments and marketing opportunities. Define marketing concepts and slogans.Integrated Marketing Strategy & IMC Plans: Develop integrated marketing strategies and communication plans in collaboration with PR, Digital, Media, and other communication functions, based on marketing and business objectives, to achieve business goals.Support for Key Regions & Countries: Provide on-the-ground support to key regions and major countries, collaborating on the creation of marketing plans and assisting with campaign execution.Core Asset Development: Create briefs for core marketing assets, including Key Selling Proposition (KSP) videos, ID videos, print content, Key Visuals (KV), and other core product materials. Ensure accurate communication of product selling points and marketing concepts, guaranteeing the timely and high-quality delivery and implementation of project content.Other Marketing Planning Duties: Perform other related responsibilities such as competitor analysis and case studies.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing planning or communications. Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent integrated communication planning skills and a strong ability to oversee the quality of communication assets.Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Highly responsible, results-oriented, and capable of leveraging resources to achieve objectives.
