About Our ClientOur client is a leading global beverage company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, focusing on hydration and functional drinks. It maintains a significant market presence through continuous innovation and consumer-centric brand activation strategies.Job OverviewThis role drives the innovation pipeline by identifying new product opportunities, leading cross-functional NPD projects, and designing business cases aligned with channel and sales strategy to deliver long-term portfolio growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess new product portfolio opportunities through in-depth quantitative and qualitative market and trade analysis.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to develop and quantify new product mixes that meet business objectives.Work closely with sales teams, utilizing deep channel operation knowledge, to design business cases aligned with sales strategy.Manage the end-to-end brand development and NPD process, from concept to launch.Experience developed and executed consumer engagement and BTL activities to support innovation rollouts is a PLUS.Monitor FMCG and retail trends to ensure innovation strategies remain relevant and competitive.Apply consumer and market insights to shape product propositions and positioning.Requirements6+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a focus on innovation, NPD, or brand management.Proven track record in leading cross-functional NPD projects from insight to launch.Strong understanding of channel strategy, retail dynamics, and business case development.Experience in consumer engagement activities and BTL campaign execution.Data-sensitive with expertise in qual/quant research methodologies.Agile, collaborative, and able to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment.Fluency in both English and Chinese.
