About the Company We have partnered with a leading Australian Food business with a strong presence in both retail and direct-to-consumer channels. The business combines innovation, nutrition, and flavour to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of consumers. They are a fast-paced, collaborative and performance-driven business, with a focus on creating products led by consumer-insights and putting their customer first. About the RoleThe Senior Brand Manager will lead innovaiton pipelines for the brand, reacting quickly to consumer insights and trends to bring products to market. They will work with R&D teams on formulations, and lead the project from conception through to launch, including GTM campaings and brand comms. The goal is to broaden the product portfolio to appeal to a wider audience, and work with digital and content teams to bring campaigns to life across different platforms. The role will be fast paced and you will be required to implement processes, utilise consumer insights and break the mould in order to bring products to market faster. About YouYou will be an FMCG Brand Marketer (either Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level) with strong experience in innovation and New Product Development and the capability to lead several projects to success. You will have ideally worked for a smaller, local brand or a business that has been through complex change. Experience leading GTM campaigns and brand communications is also key, and you musty have experince leading omnichannel campaigns for product launches and driving brand awareness. Experience in a brand that's sold through both D2C and Retail channels is advantageious, and you must be able to utilise consumer insights to make decisions. What's in it for you You will be joining a company in a period of accelarated growth and investment, and play a key role in the expansion of the portfolio and customer base.
