This role involves ensuring high-quality construction execution, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining adherence to project timelines and standards over a 36-month contract duration.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all civil works on-site in accordance with project specifications and standards.Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical requirements.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project managers throughout project phases.Review civil engineering plans, reports, and technical documentation.Ensure timely execution of work packages and resolve site-related engineering issues.Utilize civil engineering tools and software, including AutoCAD and structural design applications.Prepare regular progress reports and support project decision-making processes.RequirementsEducation / QualificationBachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized and accredited university.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.ExperienceMinimum 12 years of solid experience in mega projects (with attested certificates).At least 4 years as a Senior Civil Engineer in government airport projects within the GCC.Skills & AttributesStrong supervision and site management capabilities for civil construction works.Good background in structural design software and AutoCAD.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Fluent in English and Arabic.Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
