Site Mechanical Engineer - Saudi Nationality Only

Tasks, Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractorsEvaluate and monitor productivity rates for each trade of work.Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule. Supervise sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions.Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material & manpower.Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required. Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.Organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.Prepare daily progress reports to senior site engineer.Implement shop drawings on site.Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities.Contact with survey department in order to assure the levelling and location processes.Acquire samples of materials for the required tests.QualificationExcellent negotiation skillsStrong teamworking skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEducationBachelor degree of Engineering Total Years of Experience0 to 5 yearsYears of Relevant position2 to 4 yearsWork Experience (Previous work Industries)Construction, Consultancy, DesignLanguageV.Good/Good English (written and spoken)Computer SkillsAutoCAD, Microsoft OfficeAbout the jobHassan Allam Holding is one of the largest corporations in Egypt and the MENA region.
