Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Senior Client Services Manager. The role involves overseeing client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality client services. The Senior Client Services Manager will monitor client accounts, address concerns proactively, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently. Additional responsibilities include analyzing feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and maintaining ongoing communication to nurture strong partnerships. Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Client ServicesStrong Analytical Skills to assess and improve service processesEffective Communication skills to manage client relationships and internal coordinationExperience in Customer Service, including dispute resolution and customer engagementAbility to lead and mentor a team to ensure consistent service deliveryBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred5–7 years of experience in client services or a related roleProficiency in CRM tools and relevant software is an advantage
