Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations (50%)Manage Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada listings using ERPCoordinate with Branding Designer for product visuals and copy consistencyMaintain product accuracy: pricing, inventory sync, description, titles, tagsExecute marketplace promos: vouchers, bundles, campaigns, free shippingTrack listing performance, support marketing campaigns with marketplace assetsCustomer Experience & Engagement (40%)Handle all social & marketplace chat channels: IG/FB DM, WhatsApp, Email, Shopee/TikTok/LazadaCraft replies in warm, refined brand tone (gifting, luxury experience)Turn inquiries into sales through soft selling and gifting suggestionsManage basic ManyChat/auto-reply setup (training provided)Collect customer feedback and share insights with team for improvementE-commerce & Fulfilment Support (5%)Assist fulfilment team during campaigns / high traffic daysVerify orders, packing accuracy, gift messagingFollow up with logistics/ops to solve delivery or product issuesPerformance & Reporting (5%)Report weekly on marketplace performance & CS conversionTrack response time, CS satisfaction, sales influenced by chatSuggest improvements to listings, chat scripts, workflowsSalary range RM2800- RM4000
