About:An employee-owned construction and development firm expanding into the Seacoast region with a new Portsmouth, NH office. We deliver high-quality commercial interiors, multifamily housing, and healthcare fit-out projects across New England, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.Position Overview:The Senior Project Manager (SPM) oversees all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role provides leadership in project delivery, client relations, and team development while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The SPM will play a key role in establishing and growing ReArch’s Portsmouth office presence.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple commercial, multifamily, and healthcare projects simultaneously.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts.Oversee pre-construction planning, procurement, and project execution.Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and communication.Mentor project teams and foster collaboration between office and field staff.Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met on all projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects.Experience with healthcare fit-outs strongly preferred.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.OSHA 30 certification required; PMP a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.Why?Join a growing, employee-owned firm where people, quality, and innovation come first.
