Senior Consultant – Banking Strategy & Transformation | Netherlands | Hybrid We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to support leading financial institutions through strategic change and large-scale transformation. You’ll work on high-impact projects that shape the future of banking—from strategy development to operating model design and end-to-end transformation delivery.In this role, you will:Advise banking clients on strategy, transformation, and organizational changeDevelop strategic roadmaps and stand up transformation programsDesign future-proof operating modelsHelp clients navigate complex, rapidly evolving challengesLead project workstreams and guide junior team membersBe a key point of contact for clients across multiple assignmentsThis is an ideal role for a consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and financial services. You bring:A Master's degree in Finance, Strategy, Economics, or Business Administration3+ years’ relevant experience in banking or financial services consultingStrong strategic, analytical, and commercial insightAffinity with the banking sectorFluent English + Dutch at B2 level or higherYou’ll join a collaborative Strategy & Operations team within the Financial Services practice—working with experts across banking, insurance, and real estate.
