Our European practice comprises around 40 executive compensation specialists drawn from a variety of disciplines (e.g. accountancy, actuarial and investor relations).Located in the heart of Copenhagen, we’re a diverse group of highly motivated, multicultural consultants working within a number of related disciplines: from reward and people advisory to search. We provide a great working environment with flexibility around when and where work is done, and expect accountability to meet tight deadlines and deliver work of the highest standard.What You’ll DoWork closely with the partner to deliver high-impact advice and solutionsConduct in-depth market analysis and research within the different aspects of reward, people and performance to ensure that our advice is informed by facts and dataPrepare benchmarks and shape client reports in a cooperative and iterative process with the engagement manager and leading partnerApply your curiosity and enthusiasm to quickly learn new skills and build your experience all-the-while developing your expertise within reward & performance, your consulting toolbox, and your client management skillsThrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, handle shifting priorities, and contribute to a positive, high-energy cultureSkillsWe work with business-driven projects from a strategic perspective, and you should be interested in building and unfolding your skillset :Reward solutions and the link to motivationPerformance Management processes and best practiceThe people aspects of M&A such as due diligence, pre-integration planning and project managementCareer Frameworks and organization designWhat We’re Looking ForAmbitious minds — from early career starters to experienced profilesMinimum 4 years of experience, preferably from consulting or in a numbers-driven environmentA relevant Master’s degree within economics, finance or business with a financial focus (i.e. Cand.merc. ASC/ AEF/ FIR/ IMM/ SOL/ INT etc.) and have graduated with top of the class grades - particularly within any math, statistics or similar courses[Ideally] some understanding of financial statements and corporate finance, and disclosure requirements for publicly listed companies[Ideally] some ability to read, interpret, and analyze a remuneration report.Remarkable analytical skills that you can bring across in a pragmatic and business-oriented wayA strong ownership mentality, the ability to deliver quality outcomes, and the will to make a difference and to be personally flexible to meet our clients’ expectationsRobust proficiency working with Excel and other data analysis toolsProven fast learner and a wish to further develop yourself while working on client assignmentsFluent in both Danish & EnglishInternal Mobility at Korn FerryIf you currently work for Korn Ferry or one of our affiliates, you must be eligible to apply for a different position within Korn Ferry to use the Careers Site.
