Senior Consultant – Operations Advisory Services

Bright Diadikasia Group, a fast-growing business consulting firm, is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Consultant to join its Operations Advisory Services teamSenior Consultant – Operations Advisory ServicesAbout the role: As a Senior Consultant in our Operations Advisory Services team, you will help clients improve operational performance through process optimization. Your contributions will directly support the delivery of high-impact solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, productivity, and overall performance. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strategic insight with practical execution to deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and assess existing operational processes mainly within public sector organizationsParticipate in Business Process Mapping and ReengineeringDevelop and implement strategies for process improvement, efficiency, and cost reductionAssist in the design and deployment of operational frameworks and workflowsConduct analysis, identify trends & draw conclusions in areas relevant to the assigned roleMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on operational performanceProduce accurate and well-presented deliverablesSupport project team in data analysis & reports generationSupport Managers in implementing appropriate analytical operational modelsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldMaster’s degree in related fields or Business Administration (MBA will be considered a plus)3-5 years of relevant experience in Consulting, preferably in operations, organizational transformation, or public sector projectsProven experience in process mapping, efficiency analysis, or organizational redesignExcellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)Knowledge of Business Process Mapping methodologies and tools (e.g. ARIS, ADONIS) will be considered a plusRequired Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesComfortable working in a collaborative, team-based settingWhat do we offer:A competitive compensation package, based on the candidate’s experience and profile.Challenging Projects: Work on high-impact projects with leading organizations across various industriesCareer development opportunities within a dynamically growing group of companies
