Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.The Work Model For The Role IsThis role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForEscalating to relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level and helping facilitate cases of conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ensuring the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed at local ABB unit level is aligned with the global strategy.Facilitating significant improvements with respect to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership.Providing training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management at local level.Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or administrative engineering.4+ years of experience in similar roles as a continuous improvement specialist.Proficient in AutoCAD, Power BI, and Minitab.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience in cost-saving projects, Kaizen initiatives, and production floor implementations.Green Belt certification.Intermediate English proficiency.Valoramos a las personas de diferentes orígenes. ¿Podría ser ésta su historia?
