This role exists to find the real story hiding within the data, translating complex information into clearer insights, better decisions, and a competitive advantage. Could it be you?Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Analytics & Reporting, the Senior Data Analyst is a key member of the Business Analytics team. This individual acts as the primary consultant for business units, responsible for understanding their goals, processes, and requirements. Key accountabilities include supporting stakeholders with all their analytics needs, building new reports, and identifying underlying business trends. This role has ownership of identifying problem statements and providing strategic insights to business leaders. A successful candidate will not only possess strong technical skills but will be accountable for translating data into compelling, actionable insights to solve problems and drive the business forward.What You'll Do (The Adventure)Be a Data Archaeologist: Wield your expert analytics skills to dig deep into our vast datasets, extracting and manipulating information to answer challenging business questions for our stakeholdersCreate Clarity from Complexity: Design, build, and maintain powerful dashboards.
