This role focuses on the full lifecycle of data management—from ingestion and transformation to validation, optimization, and orchestration ensuring high-quality data availability across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and operationalize efficient data pipelines for analytics and reporting needs.Partner with DevSecOps teams to support CI/CD workflows and ensure seamless integration.Provide technical guidance to engineers in building scalable, high-performance data solutions.Develop and maintain real-time data processing systems and pipelines.Monitor and improve data quality, reliability, and performance across environments.Recommend innovative ways to automate data tasks and enhance process efficiency.Lead efforts in data architecture design including ingestion, staging, preparation, and provisioning.Conduct rigorous testing, documentation, and validation of data systems.Stay informed on emerging data technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).4–6 years of professional experience in data engineering or related technical roles.Technical ExpertiseProven experience with big data and large-scale data processing.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.Experience working within cloud-based production environments.Familiarity with Snowflake and Informatica IDMC is a plus.Hands-on experience with data validation, quality assurance, and system troubleshooting.Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or similar database systems.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.Capable of managing projects independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and decisions under pressure.Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
