technology meets construction excellence, and where your expertise can shape the digital future of our projects.About Your TeamYou’ll be part of the Digital Construction Department, reporting to the Senior Digital Construction Coordinator or Head of Digital Construction.You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients—acting as the central BIM contact and ensuring information flows efficiently across all project stakeholders.Your RoleAs Digital Construction Coordinator, you will:Support the management of client expectations, ensuring BIM scope and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.Assist in developing, communicating, and maintaining project information requirements and management resources, including execution plans, responsibility matrices, and delivery schedules.Contribute to the setup and operation of Common Data Environments (CDE) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).Implement and manage BIM workflows from contract award through to project handover and approval of deliverables.Perform 3D spatial coordination, ensuring clashes and issues are identified, reported, and resolved with stakeholders.Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day digital support to project teams.Ensure robust QA/QC processes are applied to models and information deliverables from internal and external teams.Represent BIM and digital processes at project-level meetings, ensuring compliance, progress, and performance are reported.Contribute to tendering support, as well as developing digital construction processes, templates, and procedures.Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes.Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management to meet the needs of the business.What We’re Looking ForQualifications & ExperienceDegree in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.5+ years of experience in digital construction, BIM coordination, or related roles.Essential Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of ISO 19650 and Information Management (IM) processes.Proficiency with BIM authoring tools (Revit, Tekla, Archicad) and coordination software (Navisworks, Revizto).Understanding of openBIM standards (IFC, COBie).Experience with cloud-based CDE platforms (Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud Docs).Familiarity with scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to deliver under pressure.Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).DesirableExperience or interest in automated model checking and data validation (e.g., Solibri).Familiarity with visual programming tools (e.g., Dynamo), 4D (time-linked) & 5D (cost-linked) BIM.Experience with data reporting platforms (Microsoft Power BI).Analytical, resilient, and collaborative mindset.Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt to emerging
