Founded in the 1950s, Farmasi is Turkey's leading manufacturer and seller in the categories of colored cosmetics, skin and personal care, household cleaning products and food supplements.Farmasi, which has exports to 125 countries, operates in 33 countries and is the 27th largest Direct Sales Company in the world.Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a "Senior Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist" to be assigned with in the Marketing Department.ResponsibilitiesCreation and optimization of company pages on every platform to increase the visibility of the company's social contentSocial media management and content preparationModerate all user-generated content in accordance with the moderation policy for each platformCoordinates the creation of all digital content Website, blog, press release, Instagram, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, video, etc.Managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google+ etc.)Managing all stages of SEO work and getting monthly development reportsDesigning digital media campaigns according to business goalsWorking collaboratively with marketing, sales and product development teamsAbility to write effective contentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in related fieldsMinimum 5 years of digital marketing & social media hands on experience working in online media, digital, and direct marketing with a focus on performance-based marketing, measurement, and analyticsExperienced in creating and implementing a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identificationExcellent command of written and verbal EnglishProficient in MS Office programsExcellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skillsProven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media SpecialistA passion to learn and keep up with digital marketing and social media trendsDemonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeResult-oriented, able to manage time effectively and adapt to teamwork
