About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will lead digital campaigns across multiple channels, optimize performance, and support the team as a Team Leader when needed.This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver measurable resultsKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Run TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads for performance and lead generation.Perform SEO & SEM activities to improve visibility and search performance.Implement tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.Conduct market research, planning, and competitive analysis.Optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and user journeys.Run Remarketing/Retargeting and A/B Testing campaigns.Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports.Support in marketing automation and CRM workflows.Collaborate with creative, sales, and content teams for campaign alignment.Act as a team leader when needed, guiding junior team membersRequirements2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.Proficiency in GA4, GTM, CRM tools, and conversion tracking.Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, funnels, retargeting, and CRO.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and team collaboration.High attention to detail and a data-driven mindsetExperience in E-commerce marketing.Background in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Klaviyo, etc.)Nice to HaveExperience in E-commerce marketing.Background in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Klaviyo, etc.)Location:Sheraton El Matar – The District Vill
