StorsenDigital, on behalf of an international partner and client, is hiring a Senior Project Manager – to lead multiple solar power and BESS projects across the Western Balkans region.Location: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Sarajevo and ZenicaZenica as a location where project will be implementedWork mode: Hybrid (remote + on site)Employment type: Full-time, long-term🔋 Your responsibilities:Managing the development and construction of multiple parallel projects in late-stage development or already under constructionBudgeting and financial monitoring of projectsProcurement and contracting with suppliers (EPC, equipment, contractors)Overseeing the construction process from start to commissioningCoordinating with public authorities, operators, and obtaining necessary permitsRisk management, technical verification, and ensuring compliance with standardsLeading and motivating multidisciplinary teams🎓 Qualifications:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical fieldsProven experience in managing energy projects (solar power plants, BESS, substations, transmission lines, power plants, etc.)Experience in EPC contracting, budgeting, and construction site managementExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficient in English🌍 What we offer:Work on renewable energy projectsInvolvement in projects already in advanced development stages or under constructionDynamic work environment with an international teamCompetitive salary and bonus structure
