CI/CD pipeline development: Drive the automation of infrastructure and application deployment processes. Performance optimization: Implement and maintain advanced monitoring and logging systems. Provide strategic input on technology direction and infrastructure improvements. Issue resolution: Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of high-level system issues. Ensure the security and compliance of all systems. Coach and provide technical guidance to DevOps Engineers. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. There are some tech requirements that will make you stand out:Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)Scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Networking, security best practices, and compliance requirements. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform). Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
