They build better lotteries that return more to good causes by focusing on innovation, technology, efficiency, and safety across a growing casual gaming entertainment portfolio.As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will design and develop HTML5 game content for the lottery and gaming industry. You should have strong Object-Oriented Programming skills, proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with JavaScript graphics APIs (Canvas, WebGL). Familiarity with the Pixi framework and a creative understanding of game design are a plus. You will contribute to all stages of our games, from design to launch.This is you5+ years of experience in a Front-end Engineering roleStrong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented ProgrammingDemonstrable experience with HTML/JS game development and Spine, Pixi, or other 2D animation toolsCommercial awareness of game design, a creative mindset, and a strong motivation to learn new technologiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects, and collaborating within a highly skilled teamFamiliarity with Node.jsDegree in Computer Science (BSc or higher)English - Upper-Intermediate level or higherThis is your roleUnderstand game requirements and usability principles to ensure intuitive player experiencesContinuously improve code quality through automation, best practices, and regular code reviewsContribute creative and innovative ideas to enhance game features and workflowsStay current with relevant technologies, tools, and industry techniquesMentor junior team members and actively share knowledge within the teamCommunicate confidently and effectively, demonstrating strong commercial awarenessCollaborate smoothly within a highly engaged, cross-functional, and fast-paced team environmentWhat awaits you at Avenga?At Avenga, everyone matters.
