Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary:The Senior Engineering Manager oversees the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of all engineering and technical operations within the retail organization. This role ensures that all stores, distribution centers, and corporate facilities operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. The Senior Engineering Manager also leads a team of engineers and technicians, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally to support business expansion, sustainability, and operational excellence.Job Responsibilities:Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.Negotiates service contracts.Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquiresmanagement approval on recommended action.Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecastsand other required reports.Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.Works hand in hand with customer’s installation and maintenance engineers until every major equipment purchased is installed and commissioned.Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.Job Requirements:Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.With at least 5-10 years managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, andwarranty management.Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning.With experience in after salesservice, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management.With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.Can start ASAP
