Maintenance Staff

Harrison St, Pasay City, Metro Manila)Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (TESDA or technical training preferred)At least 12 years of experience in building or equipment maintenanceBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and mechanical workAbility to use power tools and hand tools safelyPhysically fit; able to lift heavy objects and work in varying conditionsHonest, dependable, and able to work independently or in a teamWilling to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergencies if neededResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections of buildings and equipmentConduct minor repairs (plumbing leaks, electrical issues, door locks, etc.)Monitor and maintain mechanical systems (AC, lighting, generators, etc.)Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas, hallways, and groundsAssist with setup and tear-down for events, furniture moving, or deliveriesRespond to maintenance requests or reported issues in a timely mannerCoordinate with external vendors for specialized repair or servicingKeep records of completed work and maintenance logsEnsure tools and equipment are in good condition and safely storedFollow health, safety, and environmental protocols
