If you thrive in high-trust environments, love managing complexity, and want to work at the intersection of private client service, operations, and leadership – I want to meet you.Thanks for considering it,Joshua MandelManaging PartnerYour responsibilities will include:Heavy calendar management and inbox ownership – ensuring every commitment is captured and prioritized.Project management – taking notes and action items from meetings, building timelines, holding vendors and team members accountable, and ensuring projects move from idea to completion.Process building & SOP creation – not just following systems, but creating them.AI-enabled workflows – familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and build automations.Client-facing deliverables – preparing pitch decks, coordinating travel, and handling logistics for live events and workshops.Engagement & outreach – light DM engagement, outbound messaging, and relationship nurturing.The Person:I’m not looking for average.
