Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres, private credit and special opportunities.Job DescriptionYou will be part of the tenant relations team based at the assigned mall, responsible for building strong tenant relationships. By engaging tenants on regular performance discussions, you gain deep understanding of customer needs, business direction and future growth plans with regards to retail space requirements. This position calls for someone with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.You will report to the Mall Centre/General Manager.Maintain good landlord-tenant relationshipsTrack and analyse the performance of tenantsEngage tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansionConduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directionsLiaise with tenants on operational feedback and leasing mattersSupport the Central Leasing team in terms of lease management and administrationEnsure tenants adhere to the lease termsEnsure property tax levied is in line with committed rentalsAnalyse tenants’ sales data for reportingProvide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when requiredAssist CM/GM on yearly budgeting, forecast with respect to income arising from Leasing activitiesRequirementsDegree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalentFresh graduates are welcome to applyStrong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skillsPossess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team playerSound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complexSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlinesBenefitsFlexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and familyTraining and development opportunitiesSubsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences-Strong advocate of staff volunteerismWellness programmesClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
