Job Description

Perform verification of staff claims in accordance to staff benefits as stipulated in Human Resource Employment policy To support Employee Services in managing calls and emails where necessary To perform data entry / checker role where necessary to ensure employee data is created and maintained in HR system accurately (i.e. new hire, onboarding and etc), within established turnaround time, and in accordance to established processes. To spot error trends and to communicate such trend to transaction maker with the view of improving accuracy.To provide ad-hoc administrative support other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.Continuously seek to give ideas and suggestions on operational improvement and to highlight and discuss on any process change requirement to immediate superior.
