Senior FBB and FWBB Commercial Operations Specialist

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Senior FBB and FWBB Commercial Operations is Responsible for providing technical solutions and managing daily operations for ISPs, end users, and tenants regarding infrastructure and internet services at Technco International Airport (TIA), including large-scale fixed services projects.Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service for Fixed Connectivity productsMaintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and ISPs.Implement quality control measures and standard operating procedures.Manage resources for TIA and large-scale projects to achieve goals.Act as primary contact for escalated ISP/customer issues and improve service delivery.Collaborate with all departments to develop services supporting commercial operations.Support business units with resources and coordination for operations.Develop and implement policies and SOPs for Fixed Connectivity onboarding and complaint handling.Optimize and enhance fixed connectivity processes.Monitor and report on Fixed Connectivity and Ternent activities, including reconciliations.Assist with other tasks assigned by the line manager.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, or an equivalent. At least 2-3 years of experience in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company, with a proven track record in operational management.Required Skills: IT, Strategy, Analytics, Collaboration, Knowledge, Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation.Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of team dynamics, network operations, and project management.Result-oriented with high initiative and the ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
