Technical Support Engineer-Night ShiftThe Technical Support Engineer – CCTV provides front-line support to customers through calls, messages, and onsite visits. The role includes monitoring alerts, maintaining network connections, handling technical issues, and reporting to the team leader.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support customer on phone, Email, Instant messenger and site visit in regularly time.2. Acknowledge Nagios alert and inform customer.3. Support customer walk in front office.4. Provide hotline, collect customer list, map and network diagram.5. Add monitor alert and monitor bandwidth.6. Monthly maintenance customer’s connection7. Escalate critical case happens with customer to key assigned or team leader immediately8. Follow instructions assigned by team leader9 .Work other tasks assigned by TSL.10. Prepare daily report and submit to team leaderJOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Experiences)Knowledge and EducationAssociates or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a related fieldProficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills, Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support ticketsBeing the first line of support and troubleshooting issues2. ExperienceExperience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of Technical Support.Two Years plus experience in a Technical Support/IT or related roleProven experience in managing a service and support focused team cultureSound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.Strong technical background, previous experience with process improvement.4.
