As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll bring insight and impact driving financial excellence that powers global growth.Your new roleAs Senior Finance Manager for Region Emerging Markets, you will be part of the Business Finance team reporting to Senior Director of Finance. You will be part of a broad & diverse region across Latin America, Africa, Middle East and Central Asia. You will focus on budgeting, reporting, controlling and ad-hoc analysis and be part of the regional Business Finance Leadership Team.Key responsibilities will include:Running annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting and rolling planning processes for the Emerging Markets region, ensuring alignment between International Operations, our reporting units and regional commercial teams.Acting as finance partner with full P&L responsibility for specific geographies and also therapeutic area focus across region.Leading financial modelling and business case development for launches, portfolio optimization, and investment decisions—incorporating scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.Building and scaling consumer-industry finance frameworks, including trade and promotion modeling, consumer and channel economics, assortment and product profitability, and customer-level P&L analysis.Driving efficient cost planning and management across the region as well as improve understanding of return on investment from marketing activities.Your new departmentThe Business Finance team is a strategic driver of organisational success, ensuring strong financial governance and operational excellence. It oversees planning, budgeting, and reporting, delivering insights that guide key decisions. The function streamlines processes, ensures compliance, and supports regional and global priorities—combining strategic vision with analytical rigour to enable sustainable growth and long-term value creation.…Your Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:Global mindset with proven cross-cultural experience.Structured & analytical, able to build thorough analysis from data and translate it to storyline for senior management.Experience in Revenue Growth Management and long-term revenue and margin planning.Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, especially from affiliate or Consumer Health Finance/FMCG company.
