You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.Join the Pelvic Health & Neurovascular Finance team supporting both OUs and leading the FP&A activities. As a Senior. Financial Analyst you will support monthly/quarterly closing activities, perform analysis on financial data, provide insights and support to drive performance of both operating units. To drive results, you build a strong network with all finance and business stakeholders and are able to influence others.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Conduct in-depth financial analysis to monitor performance (revenue & costs)Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to steer performanceSupport the business by providing financial insights, reports and recommendationsDevelop financial models to evaluate the impact of operational decisions on revenue and profitabilityCollaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive outcomesPrepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionsEnsure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirementsRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
