Senior Front End Engineer (React.js)

We are seeking a Senior React Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. This role requires strong technical expertise in React and front-end best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilties:Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless features.Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability.Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and frameworksContribute to architectural decisions for scaling applications globally.Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years in React.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind 4 CSS framework and responsive design principles.Experience with state management libraries (Redux).Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.Strong understanding of frontend build tools (Vite).Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian will be an added advantage for effective technical communicationNice to HaveExperience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-performance apps.Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure).UI/UX design appreciation and ability to work with design systems (Figma, Storybook). What we offer:Competitive salaryGenerous annual leave + paid sick daysRegular company events and team building activitiesAbout usAt TradeQuo, we are a forward-thinking fintech company specializing in innovative trading solutions and financial products.
