This isn't about someone who's tried ChatGPT a few times - we need someone who uses AI agents daily, experiments with every new AI coding tool, understands Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor/Windsurf deeply, and can establish team standards for AI collaboration (CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md, agent workflows).But here's the critical part: we need someone who knows how to build production-grade systems with AI, not just MVP prototypes. You should have battle-tested experience implementing AI in large development processes while maintaining code quality, security, and testability. You know the difference between AI-generated spaghetti code and well-architected AI-assisted development.You'll be launching and driving development of our new platform: end-to-end integrations, frontend, backend, architecture, and deployment - all with emphasis on performance, security, and maintainability at scale.What you’ll doDesign the platform architecture and ship the initial version end-to-end.Build APIs, frontend, backend, and CI/CD; ensure observability and security from day one.Establish AI-assisted development guardrails (Cursor rules, agents.md, code quality gates).Create testing strategies that work with AI-generated code and prevent regressions.
