Senior Graphic Designer (UX/UI & Digital Experience)

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on senior graphic designer to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends creative execution with strategic thinking across digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll lead small-scale initiatives, contribute to brand development, and produce high-quality visual assets that elevate our product storytelling. Strong graphic design skills and UX/UI sensibility are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and drive projects forward.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Execution & Project Management (40%)Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across cross-functional teamsMaintain brand consistency across all touchpointsAssist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and showroom updates.Graphic Design & UX/UI (60%)Create compelling visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Design responsive layouts for web, email, and product configuratorsCollaborate with developers and content teams to ensure seamless implementationApply UX/UI principles to improve customer journeys and product engagementUse Figma or similar tools to produce wireframes and mockupsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/marketing1–3 years of experience in graphic design, UX/UI, and marketingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or equivalent tools)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesCollaborative mindset with emerging leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in product marketing or home improvement/interior design industriesComfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
