This role will be responsible for driving and executing HR strategies at a senior level, providing guidance to business leaders, and overseeing the successful implementation and optimization of the HRMS. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR systems are aligned with the needs of the business and enhancing overall organizational performance through people-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities/DutiesStrategic HR PartneringCollaborate with senior leadership and department heads to define HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning.Lead efforts to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as overall employee engagement and retention.Provide insights and support for organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.HRMS ImplementationSpearhead the end-to-end implementation of a new or upgraded HRMS, ensuring the system meets business requirements and HR objectives.Collaborate with IT, HR, and external consultants/vendors to define the scope, objectives, and timelines of the HRMS implementation.Oversee system configuration, testing, data migration, and integration with other business systems (e.g., Payroll, Finance, Learning Management Systems).Manage the project plan and ensure the HRMS implementation stays on track, within budget, and aligns with organizational goals.Work with HR teams to develop user-friendly HRMS solutions, improving HR process automation, employee self-service, and reporting capabilities.Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess system effectiveness and address any gaps or improvements needed.Ensure HRMS scalability and adaptability to support future business growth and HR needs.Conduct training for HR staff and end-users to ensure they can effectively use the HRMS.Manage HRMS data integrity by performing regular audits and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Performance Management & Employee RelationsDrive performance management programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and effective feedback processes.Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.Foster a culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and high-performance.Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, leveraging HRMS analytics to inform decision-making.Compensation & Benefits StrategyWork with leadership to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.Analyze compensation data, benchmark against industry standards, and provide recommendations for salary adjustments and equity reviews.HR Financial ManagementDevelop annual HR Department operating and manpower budget and planning in close coordination and consultation with Corporate HR.Provide BU Heads and their line management with regular and accurate reporting of employee costs.Ensure employees productivity, oversee the time management, and ensure that the overtimes and its calculations are monitored and complied with UAE labour laws and Corporate HR Policies.HR Operations Play a key role in implementing, communicating and ensuring consistent application and compliance of Corporate HR policies and systems.Ensure compliance with local labour law and corporate HR policies thought the employee life cycle (from contract of employment to separation process)Work in close coordination with Talent Planning & Sourcing Specialist in identifying, planning and mapping out manpower requirements across each business unit.Ensure that recruitment & selection process is carried out as per Corporate Recruitment Policy.Ensure new employees are properly inducted into the business and given support to become productivity as quickly as possible.Develop succession plans and retentions strategies for key talent and positions within assigned units.Develop and implement tailor-fit Performance Management System aligned with Corporate Performance Management framework and guidelines.Take necessary steps to create a performance based culture where high performers are rewarded and inadequate performers are given an opportunity to focus on development areas and improve performance level.Develop and facilitate the goal setting process in consultation with business units heads and their line managers and ensure that each individual has his/her key result areas and performance expectations are objectively defined, measured and documented and more importantly aligned with business unit scorecard and objectives.Ensure strict compliance with annual performance appraisal reviews with regards to the appraisal cycle time and process.Ensure all pay reviews, bonus or incentives, and promotion proposals are justified and purely linked to performance appraisal and complied with Corporate HR policies.Conduct market salary reviews, survey and benchmarking and propose recommendations to BU Heads and Corporate Compensation Committee.Conduct training needs assessments, develop training budget and calendarEnsure that each employee has his/her Individual Development Plan (IDP) implemented and documented.Manage employee relation issues within the assigned units and provide consultative advice to managers and all staff and wide of HR matters including discipline, grievance, performance related issues, working environment & HSE and communication.Ensure disciplinary procedures are properly applied and complied with Corporate HR policy and UAE Labour laws.Ability & SkillsExpertise in implementation of HRMS.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.Excellent in process mapping, presentational and project management skills.Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of organizational and project management progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role in a corporate setting.Proven experience in HRMS implementation (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects.Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR digital transformation trends.Additional KnowledgeMust be well acquainted with UAE labour law & immigration procedure.PC literate in MS OfficeKnowledge of HRISKnowledge of best HR regional practice in similar industriesKnowledge of Pay & Benefits trend in UAEAcademic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
