This role will align people strategy with business goals, leading key initiatives in talent development, culture, process optimization, and compliance.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Execute strategic HR initiatives across the region• Adapt global policies to local contexts, ensuring legal compliance• Support transformation, expansion, and cultural change efforts• Lead strategies for talent attraction, development, and retention• Leverage people analytics for strategic decision-making• Act as a business partner to senior leaders in Mexico and CAM🧠 Ideal Profile• 8+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in multinational environments• Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance across the region• Proven ability to lead complex processes and diverse teams• Fluent in English• Willingness to travel (30 %)• Proficient in tools such as Workday, Cornerstone, LinkedIn Recruiter
