Your work will directly influence how communities grow, adapt, and thrive.What You’ll DoLead and contribute to hydraulic modelling and network planning projects across water and / or wastewater systemsDevelop and refine models to support strategic master planning and infrastructure developmentApply your expertise in software platforms such as InfoWorks WS Pro, EPANET, InfoWorks ICM, DHI MIKE+, ArcGIS, and QGISCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Auckland, Wellington, and nationallyCommunicate insights and solutions clearly to clients and stakeholdersMentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and excellenceWhat You’ll BringA degree in Engineering, Science, Geography, or a related fieldProven experience (minimum 5 years) in water / wastewater network planning and hydraulic modellingStrong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approachA passion for delivering high-quality, impactful work that benefits communitiesWhy Mott MacDonald?We believe in empowering our people to thrive—professionally and personally.
