You’ll collaborate with passionate professionals across disciplines, contribute to cutting-edge designs, and help shape the digital backbone of the built environment.What You’ll DoLead ICT design and delivery across multi-disciplinary projectsEngage with clients and end users to understand needs and co-create solutionsProduce high-quality specifications, reports, schematics, and solution briefsDesign and manage systems including:Structured Cabling & Telecoms DistributionData Networks & Wireless LANCCTV, Access Control & Surveillance TechnologiesAudio-Visual & Public Address SystemsControl Systems – BMS, SCADAData Centres, Cloud & VirtualisationInformation & Cyber SecurityYou’ll also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical excellence, and help foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.About YouYou’re a degree-qualified engineer (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications) with 5+ years’ experience in ICT design for buildings and infrastructure. You bring curiosity, care, and a commitment to quality—and you’re ready to grow in a supportive, values-led environment.You’ll Thrive If You HaveStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience working independently and guiding othersA background in design consultancyFamiliarity with BIM tools and industry standardsA collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skillsBonus SkillsCertifications (RCDD, PSP, CCNA, CCNP)Memberships (BISCI, IEEE, CIBSE, Eng.
