We think big, move fast, and go all in to create major marketing moments for our clients.The RoleAs a Senior Influencer Manager, you’ll lead strategy, Influencer and VIP talent relations across multiple global clients as well as managing an internal team.You’ll be responsible for our clients' influencer strategy, VIP Talent casting, content, gifting, and influencer guest lists, ensuring they are best in class, delivered on time, and meeting client KPI targets.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in influencer and VIP talent marketing across large-scale campaigns and programs, ideally within beauty and fashion industries. You’ll bring a strong understanding of culture, a constant curiosity to stay ahead of trends, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with creative execution to deliver innovative, culturally relevant influencer campaigns from concept to casting to launch.You’re confident in managing multiple clients, thrive in fast paced environments, and have proven experience leading and mentoring a team.This role is an exciting opportunity to shape a division, reporting directly to the Director of NORTH, working closely with our client account managers and creative team to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement, and brand love.We can’t wait to hear from you!WHAT YOU'LL DO:Be the lead point of contact with clients and internal cross-functional teams for all Influencer and VIP talent strategy and programs inclusive of responding to briefs and pitches.Define clear KPIs for each project, ensuring every partnership delivers ROI and brand growth.Own Influencer project and campaign critical paths and budgets to deliver projects on-time with accuracy.Manage and mentor the internal team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellence across workflows and deliverables.Own client reporting, ensuring strong analytical skills to accurately report against KPI's and translate metrics into clear insights, results and recommendations.Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, creators, VIPs, to secure standout opportunities for our clients.Oversee VIP and celebrity partnerships, including deliverables, deal points, and contract negotiation.Confidently manage high-level contracts and talent negotiations.Own relationships with global social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) to stay ahead of updates and pilot opportunities for clients.Stay on top of emerging creators, trends and platforms monitoring competitor activity and translating insights into actionable recommendations for the team and clients.Manage highly personalised VIP programs for clients.MUST HAVES:Minimum 5 years’ experience in influencer and talent campaign management with proven success in large-scale influencer programs.Excellent communicator and relationship builder.Strategic thinker with sharp creative instincts and entrepreneurial energy.Strong network of creators, agents, and managers with established relationships.Strong understanding of all major and emerging social platforms.Proven team leadership and mentoring skills across multiple levels of management.Proven analytical and reporting skills.Detail-obsessed project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns at once while delivering to the highest standards.Deep understanding of culture and trends.Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a proactive, self-starting attitude.WHY NORTH:Join a fast-growing agency working with brands that push culture forward, with the opportunity to shape your dream role.
