In this role, you will be a provider of actionable solutions that deliver results at the highest levels.If you're more comfortable in a conference room with a whiteboard full of post-it notes, this isn't the job for you.RequirementsWe are looking for a Senior International Key Account Manager with a solid background in managing global accounts, translating client needs into clear execution plans, and turning identified gaps into actionable, high-impact solutions.Someone who thrives in high-pressure environments and has a background in hands-on, complex problem-solving roles within FMCG and retail industries, managing cross-border stakeholders, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless translation of client demands into scalable, high-impact solutions.You will rock at this role if you have:Manage global and multi-local accounts, coordinating across markets and international teams.Negotiate with strategic clients and make data-driven decisions.Translate client needs into actionable plans.Detect systemic gaps and turn them into opportunities to optimize operations and accelerate results. Monitor KPIs, performance, and compliance with commercial agreements.Manage internal and external stakeholders in multicultural contexts.Ensure consistency in execution across countries, brands, or business units.Anticipate and manage risks.Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment.French and German will be highly valued.You are based in Spain or you will in a short timeNice to have:Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environmentsExperience in Lean or OKR consulting and in delivering results and real impactSuccess in this role comes from mindset, not just experience.
